Aliens
The infamous Xenomorph, just one of these suckers can kill a crew of hapless space truckers in around 24 hours. The Alien comes in various different forms.
Egg. A tough leathery ball that seems to attract particularly stupid people with no common sense. These house the notorious facehugger and, when a sufficient moron is in close proximity, SURPRISE!, oh, sorry, you have just been raped in the face. It is that easy, because the average human is THAT stupid.
Facehugger. These crab-like beasties are the ones that get to have sex with your face. Literally and figuratively. They are small, about the size of two human hands stuck together... with a tail. They scuttle about at surprising speed looking for unsuspecting potential rape victims and then they leap through the air, latch onto your face, and before you know it, you have alien cock in your mouth. The good news is that you will not get an STI, the bad news being, you WILL get something a fair bit worse. You get impregnated, and then all of sudden, the little bundle of joy plops out... through your ribcage. Nice. Once on, it is almost impossible to get these suckers off without killing the unlucky ‘mother to be’.
Chestburster. A tiny loveable creature that bursts through your ribcage, usually at the most inconvenient moment. These suckers may be small, but they are particularly fast and if you let them get away, then they will quickly shed their skin and become a full-grown warrior within a matter of hours. Hey, at least you got it easy, you are already dead and so do not have to run around with a bunch of stupid and incompetent people, trying to escape from your inevitable death. Instead, you can spend the rest of eternity thinking about how stupid it was of you to have stuck your head right next to an alien egg. You silly sausage.
Warrior. These are the ones you have to particularly watch out for. Whilst only the stupid inept morons fall victim to the previous forms of aliens, the warriors are everybody’s problem, as they go out of their way to kill or harvest every living thing with sufficient biomass they can. These suckers take on characteristics from its host, so there is great number of possible alien configurations. The most typical one seen so far, is the human bred aliens. As such, these aliens are relatively human like (with the exception of their head and tail), they can stand and walk upright on occasion and have human-like limbs, joints and prehensiles. Other known configurations are a dog born alien, which was much faster than regular aliens and had quadrupedal, double-jointed limbs and joints like a dogs. There is also a predator born alien, which has mandibles, ‘dreadlocks’ and unlike other alien types, has visible eyes. It is much stronger than other kinds of alien, has the ability to implant multiple chestbursters into victims without the need for eggs and always walks and stands upright (albeit with a slight hunch). There is also the ‘newborn’, an alien produced when an alien queen was given a human reproduction system. This kind differs immensely as it stands completely upright, has visible eyes, no tail or a second inner mouth and is much paler in appearance. A bit sociopathic though, as the only one so far promptly killed the queen that gave birth to it and is also a bit sadistic as it enjoys playing with victims before killing them. Other known kinds include the space-jockey born alien, although these have never been seen in film or video game yet.
Other than the unique characteristics it takes from its host, aliens have the following features. Aliens typically have a long, smooth, curved, cylindrical head with no visible eyes and a second mouth inside of its mouth, which can be used as a weapon by extending out of the outer mouth and striking targets and is capable of penetrating predator metal/alloy and bone. They have sharp claws on both the hands and feet that are capable scratching the alloy/metal used by predators and a tail with a sharp spike on the end that can impale an adult predator, even through armour. Aliens are biomechanical in appearance, they are usually black in colour and have a smooth carapace with some ridges, usually where the ribcage on a human would be, and on the tail. They also have concentrated hydro-sulphuric acid for blood (which is why it hard to remove facehuggers without killing the victim). Only alien carapaces and a special alloy used by adult predators can withstand the acid, which is potent enough to melt through several decks of a ship, through most metals, stone and bone. Certain aliens have the ability to spit acid at victims, although this ability is uncommon, perhaps rare.
Aliens functions much like bees or ants, in that they form a group collective, serving the interests of the hive/queen. They are extremely intelligent (despite their animalistic nature) and are capable of operating machinery at a basic level. They also understand the abilities of their acid blood, as they sometimes resort to attacking each other to melt through restraints and enclosures. They can produce a thick resin to imprison victims in order for later implantation and can use this resin to form a hive. An alien hive generally looks like the alien, i.e. a black biomechanical look, which the aliens can hide and sleep/hibernate in. Due to the design of the hive, aliens can blend right in with the walls, so when a group of gung-ho desperados waltz right in uninvited, the aliens can pop right out of the walls, surround and gank them.
Queen. Finally, we get to the big mamma. This lovely lady stands at over 25 meters tall and has much stronger armour than regular aliens, capable of withstanding several hits from predator weaponry with minimal to light damage. They can give birth to hundreds of eggs in a very short space of time. Generally, once an alien hive produces a queen and has sufficient warriors, complete alien infestation generally follows. Queens do not just sit around pumping out eggs, if the situation arises, they can and will join the fight against threats and if you thought regular aliens were bad enough, then you are well and truly screwed if you come across an alien queen.
Predator
The good old predator. There are generally four kinds of predator that humans will run across. There is the young predator, who as to pass their initiation ceremony, meaning they will probably use you as a host for an alien or two so they can hunt and kill them. If you stay out of their way, they may leave you alone, but they tend to kill most humans they run across anyway, probably because they are a little pissed evil corporation dudes are trying to steal their weaponry. There is the young adult predator, who hunts on earth for sport. Humans are usually easy pickings, but once in awhile they come across some super badass who can and will kick their arse. Although it is usually a pyrrhic victory as they are usually next to dead themselves and have to find a way of surviving the wrist bracer detonation. Then there is the elite/elder predator. These guys are seasoned pros. whilst a human has never fought one of these guys, I assume they would be boned if they even bothered trying. Lastly is the ‘super-black predator’. As of yet, I am unsure of this is the same as an elder predator, but either way, humans are screwed. We’ll have to wait for the new predator film to have any idea of a humans chances against of these bad boys are.
Predators are generally over 7 feet tall, and are many times stronger and more durable than a typical adult human. They can take several gunshot wounds with only light to medium damage, punch through concrete, lift humans by the neck and can jump and climb considerable distances, such as up/between trees and buildings in order to better track their quarry. They have mandibles, and dreadlock-like appendages coming from their head, making them incredibly badass. They see in infrared, allowing them to see body heat, however, they are unable to distinguish between objects of the same ambient room temperature. Their helmets allow them to distinguish between different kinds of heat sources and give them a variety of vision modes, from low infrared to high ultraviolet. They also have a specially-tuned EM vision that allows them to see aliens better (it allows the predator to see the blood in the aliens bodies, which shows up as bright green in this vision mode) as aliens’ body heat changes to fit the room temperature. Unlike the alien, predators are sapient, and are capable of building ships, writing, language, culture and building. Predators have a variety of weapons, they have wrist/arm blades that vary in length. Made of durable alloy, these things can slice through everything, however, a special alloy only given to predators who pass their initiation ceremonies can withstand alien blood. Predators have a wrist bracer device that can turn on their active camouflage, change vision modes on their helmet, activate their self-destruct and sometimes even have a single-shot plasma wrist cannon attached. Other weapons include mines, combi-sticks (extendable spears capable of penetrating most materials), smart discs (boomerang like discs that can slice through almost anything) and the infamous plasma caster, a shoulder-mounted laser cannon that can track and lock onto targets (via an HUD on the helmet). They are capable of either wounding a target, or completely annihilating them. They can cut through limbs, and even an entire torso with ease.
Terminator
The iconic unstoppable killing machine. Terminators are unfeeling and unrelenting, are incredibly tough and durable and possess super-human strength. The average terminator can punch through bank vault doors, turn over buses, punch through solid walls, stop cars by holding onto them, punch through car windows, bend metal gates and holding open reinforced blast doors, you name it, they can probably do it. There is a variety of different Terminator models to date. First off, is the iconic T-800 series. These are made of a coltan-titanium making them extremely heat and damage resistant. They are capable of learning, adapting and impersonating to a far greater degree than the 600 series and they come with complete authentic flesh coverings/bio-disguises (as opposed to the rubber skin of the 600 series). The later T-850 series comes equipped with more advanced software routines and programs, such as Psychology 101 and the later T-888 series comes equipped with additional armour plating and even more advanced software updates. The number one way to kill these guys is thermite, but since you can rarely get these guys to do what you want, you generally have to subdue them first. Electric shocks work fine, just as long as you get their chips out within two minutes, or high armour piercing rounds such as HEI rounds, .50 cal Barrett rounds, tungsten-tipped rounds or depleted uranium shells can pierce their armour, although you need to distract them long enough to actually get the shots off, and it usually takes a few to the head before they go down. They are powered by two hydrogen fuel cells, which, when damaged, can be ejected and explode like miniature H bombs. When their power conduits are severed, if they can find an alternate power source, then they can get back up again. The only way to be really sure these guys are actually down, is to remove or destroy the chip, and/or completely incinerating the endoskeleton. If you can crush them in a hydraulic press or similar, then that usually does the trick. Molten steel usually takes too long though as they can get up out of before melting.
The good ‘ol 600 series. These guys are just good for one thing, and that is robot-soldiers. They are pretty much useless at infiltrating, but they are good at killing as they come equipped with miniguns (later plasma rifles) and don’t bat an eyelid before letting off a few hundred rounds into a potential human a few hundred yards away. They are not very subtle though, and so smart people can generally get way, unless there are more than one of them.
The T-1000 series. This is where things go from bad, to complete shit-storm. These terminators are made from an intelligent poly-alloy that can morph into various shapes and objects. They can blend into walls, floors, probably even ceilings too, and can imitate and transform into any person it touches. They have next to infinite defence against bullets (although if you shoot one enough times, eventually it will lose enough mass to stop functioning) but don’t fare so well against explosives and molten steel at close proximity. They can from knives and stabbing weapons, but not guns or explosives (probably a good thing). They are generally fire proof though, so, unless the explosive are planted on them or next to them, or you shoot them with a grenade launcher into a vat of molten steel, they generally walk off unscathed because they are such badasses. The T-1001 series features several improvements, such as the ability to kill targets from a distance by creating stabbing weapons and the extending them. They can also break parts of themselves off to form other objects/life forms, such as eels.
The T-X. If you thought you were up the creek by facing one of the previous models, then you are well and truly pwned now. The T-X is a highly-advanced terminator constructed from a more advanced hyper-alloy of coltan and titanium, with ceramic armour over it. It also has the T-1000 shape shifting intelligent poly-alloy, meaning it does not require a bio-disguise. It also houses several weapons. Due to it being covered in poly-alloy, it can access these with ease without destroying their disguise (a flesh-covered terminator would be unable to regain its flesh covering). These weapons are designed to terminate humans, as well as other terminators, meaning you cannot just rely on uncle bob to save your arse. The only way to beat one of these, is just sheer luck. They are hardened to resist prolonged attack and take several grenade and even rocket hits with minimal damage. They come equipped with a plasma reactor and also have nanotechnological transjectors that they can use to infect and control other machines with.
Humans?
Of course we cannot be forgetting the inevitable victims, I mean humans. I know, some humans have beaten Aliens, Predators and Terminators before, but let’s face it, the average human being has chances lower than the ankle socks of a particularly small beetle, standing in a ditch, in a quarry, in the low country. Of course, they are different groups of humans that could be used, maybe all of them, so let us break it down.
Civilians. What can I say other than epic bloodbath? Occasionally you might get one or two that gets lucky and they can beat one of the three titular characters. Other than that, they do make for good bait.
Soldiers/Marines/Commandos. No matter what century these guys are from, they inevitably get slaughtered. Whilst they generally fare better than civilians, they nearly all end up getting killed anyway, although that depends on the number of aliens. Whilst civilians can get murdered by just one alien, it usually takes in excess of a few dozen aliens to take down a squad, maybe less if they are unprepared. Usually one hero can take out a single predator in the end. However, when face by terminators, they inevitably get slaughtered.
Scientists/Evil Corporation Dudes. You can be sure that these guys will either escape unscathed, or will meet a sticky end as they attempt to screw everybody and stab them in the back. Whilst generally not stupid enough to fall victim to the traps that lure the civilians, they are stupid in the fact they are usually responsible for the presence of any one of the three monsters being there. Whether it be trying to catch a predator to harvest its technology, breeding aliens for ‘scientific’ purposes, or creating AIs that destroy half the world and build near unstoppable killing machines, it is guaranteed to be these guys’ faults.
Human Resistance. These guys know what they are doing when it comes to terminators, they have the latest in plasma technology (unless they are early resistance, in which case regular guns will do). They generally know how to take down a terminator, but in the present they are more limited, as contemporary technology is not very efficient in taking them down.
The average human being is a complete hapless moron (as seen in AvP, AvP: Requiem, Alien, Aliens, Alien 3, Alien: Resurrection, Predator, Predator 2, Terminator, Terminator 2, Terminator 3 and Terminator: Salvation). They will waltz right into a sticky mess, usually resulting in their immediate or eventual death and the death of a sizeable portion of the group they are with, that they are completely blind too, but that is blatantly obvious to anybody with a modicum of common sense. Seriously, whether it be sticking your head near an alien egg, walking right into an alien nest, facing off against/challenging a predator, confronting/attacking a terminator, you can be sure that some moron will do one of these things without a second thought, yet still wail in surprise when they get brutally murdered. Now, intelligent humans are uncommon but they do exist and even rarer still in the intelligent hero who can single-handedly defeat one of the titular monsters. It really depends on how smart the people are and what equipment and weaponry they have.
A fairly experienced team of marines could theoretically handle an alien and possible a group of aliens with regular weapons. However, predators and terminators are trickier. With a predator, you need some form of equipment that can conceal your body heat, otherwise you are just plain screwed from the get go, providing you armed, although if you piss of a predator whilst unarmed, they will give you an ‘incentive’ not to attack them ever again. By incentive, I mean, brutal murder, although the good news is that they will not skin you and make you a trophy, after all, unarmed humans are like flies to predators. However, even then, you need sufficient guile to bait and trap a predator and kill it before it figures out what you are doing. If it clocks you before you kill it, then there is a high percentage that you will be violently murdered within a few minutes or even seconds. Seasoned professionals who have some knowledge of predator movement and tactics have a much better chance, as opposed to people whose knowledge on predators is only theoretical.
Terminators are tougher cookies, but it is usually easier to bait them than aliens or predators, however, it is so incredibly hard to kill them, that unless you have the right weaponry, you might as well not even bother. A team of experienced humans can usually take down a single terminator, but groups of them or more advanced models present more of a problem. Usually only future resistance members and other terminators can take care of more advanced models.
THE FIGHT!
For the purposes of the fight, the Alien will be a standard human-bred alien, the Predator a young adult that has passed initiation, and the terminator will be any Terminator from the T-800 series up to (but not including) the T-900 series.
Offence
Alien:
• Has razor sharp claws and tail spike.
• Inner mouth capable of penetrating metal and bone.
• Capable of fighting Predators toe-to-toe.
• Capable of breaking through metal bulkheads.
• Can spit acid.
Predator:
• Has highly advanced weaponry, such as plasma caster, combi-stick and smart disc.
• Much stronger than a human, capable of punching through concrete and can severely outmatch an adult human in hand-to-hand combat.
• Capable of fighting adult aliens, and holding their own against sizeable hoards.
Terminator:
• Super-human strength and unlimited stamina.
• Capable of punching through reinforced glass, solid walls, doors and bank vaults.
• Capable of tearing electrical cables with their bare hands.
• Capable of turning over buses and halting vehicles with its bare hands.
• Can wield weaponry such as miniguns too heavy for a human to use and carry.
• Can match vehicle speeds when running.
• Will NEVER stop until it has completed its mission, even at the cost of its own life.
Human:
• Very weak in comparison to the others.
• Colonial Marines are equipped with Plasma Rifles, Smart guns, Shotguns, Handgun, Robot Sentry Guns, Flamethrowers and a variety of other high tech equipment.
• Human Resistance are equipped with heavier plasma weaponry and have reprogrammed Terminators on their side.
• Commando Team and Present Day Soldiers come equipped with your average machine guns and rifles as well as some vehicle support. Commando Team is much better equipped but has no immediate vehicle support (other than the now infamous chopper).
Defence
Alien:
• Alien carapace is capable of withstanding its own acidic blood as well as extreme heat (such as molten lead). However, susceptible to expanding and exploding if immediately cooled in a short space of time.
• Carapace is not strong enough to resist bullets or predator weaponry, but are generally more durable than humans.
• Acid blood is capable of melting most surfaces, with few exceptions.
Predator:
• Active camouflage can renders it invisible to most observers.
• A Predator’s armour can withstand alien claw attacks and some bullets. Not able to withstand stronger attacks, such as an alien tail or inner mouth attack or heavier calibre rounds. Usually susceptible to alien blood.
Terminator:
• Completely resistant to conventional weaponry,
• Can only be harmed by incredibly high calibre rounds, HEI rounds, and high amounts/concentrations of explosives.
• Completely resistant to heat and can only be melted by extreme temperatures such as those produced by molten steel and thermite (although molten steel takes much longer than thermite).
Human:
• Next to zilch.
Healing
Alien:
• Are able to recover from most injuries.
• No known method of healing is shown although it is presumed that they are able to heal on their own.
Predator:
• Predators can take multiple injuries without suffering much.
• Predators come with a fairly comprehensive self-aid kit.
Terminator:
• Terminators are programmed to self-repair.
• They do not need to be fully repaired to continue. The T-800 in T1 continued its pursuit of Sarah Connor even at the loss of its bio-disguise and later lower half. The T-800 in T2 was capable of defeating the T-1000 with the loss of an arm and heavy damage to itself.
• The T-888 ‘Cromartie’ was able to regain his bio-disguise by getting a skin specialist to produce artificial skin for him and the later got a plastic surgeon to alter his appearance so he looked human again.
Human:
• Humans heal very slowly in comparison to the other characters. Whilst small injuries can leave them out of commission or at the least result in lessened combat ability, larger injuries can result in unconsciousness, zero combat ability and even death.
Battle History
Alien:
• One managed to stalk and kill the entire crew of the Nostromo (with the exception of Ripley) in Alien before being blown out of an air-lock by Ripley.
• A nest of Aliens managed to kill an entire colony of humans and the Marine squad sent to aid them (with the exception of Hicks, Newt and Ripley) in Aliens, although most of them were killed in the process.
• One managed to stalk and kill an entire prison full of inmates (with the exception of Ripley and a few others) in Alien 3 but was ultimately killed by Ripley who poured water on it after it had escaped a vat of molten lead, causing it to expand and explode.
• A group of aliens managed to escape captivity on the USS Auriga, free the Queen and kill most of the crew in Alien: Resurrection.
• One alien managed to kill two predators in AvP.
• A predator bred alien managed to kill at least two predators, several humans and create a nest in a Hospital to breed an army of aliens that nearly took over the whole town (until they were nuked on orders from Colonel Stevens) in AvP: Requiem but was killed by a predator it was in the process if killing itself (they killed each other at the same time).
Predator:
• One managed to stalk and kill an entire commando team (with the exception of Dutch) and defeated Major Alan ‘Dutch’ Schaeffer, but was later beaten by Dutch and killed itself by activating its self-destruct.
• One managed to stalk and kill entire gangs of Jamaican and Columbian drug cartel members, a train full of armed civilians, kill two cops and an entire FBI DEA unit sent to capture it in Predator 2 but was defeated in armed combat twice by Detective Lieutenant Mike Harrigan and was later killed by Harrigan in a hand-to-hand duel.
• Three predators managed to kill several aliens and humans and one of them participated in the killing of the alien queen in AvP, although two of the predators were killed quite easily by a single alien and the last predator was killed by the queen before it plummeted into the Antarctic waters.
• One predator killed several aliens and humans, including the predator bred alien in AvP: Requiem but was killed by the predalien at the same time.
Terminator:
• One T-800 killed 17 heavily armed police officers in West Highland police station in Terminator 1, as well has multiple other humans with relative ease. Lost its bio-disguise to a pipe bomb placed in the exhaust of the truck it was driving and was later blown in half by Kyle Reese. This terminator was ultimately crushed in a hydraulic printing press by Sarah Connor.
• One T-800 killed the defensively superior T-1000, and easily defeated a gang of bikers, and the security staff of Pescadero hospital. Also destroyed several police cars with a minigun and grenade launcher. Lost an arm during the fight, and suffered extreme damage, including loss of primary power. Was lowered into a vat of molten steel by Sarah Connor as it was unable to self-terminate.
• One T-850 killed the offensively superior T-X, and destroyed over 17 police cars with a Browning Machine gun in Terminator 3. Was defeated by the T-X and infected by nanites but managed to overcome the T-X command directives and shut itself down and rebooted.
• One prototype T-800 tore off the arm of a T-600, and defeated the cyborg Marcus Wright in unarmed combat, but was later beaten when John Connor revived Marcus Wright who then tore the terminators head off.
• One T-888 ‘Cromartie’ murdered skin specialist Dr. Fleming and plastic surgeon Dr. Lyman and managed to kill 20 FBI HRT members with its bare hands in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and later killed multiple police officers in a police station in Mexico. Was ultimately defeated by the terminator ‘Cameron’, who was using a Remington 870p loaded with depleted uranium shells, and had its chip destroyed by Sarah Connor.
• The Terminator ‘Cameron’ (TOK-715) defeated multiple T-888s in armed and unarmed combat in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Defeated Cromartie on several occasions (finally subduing him with depleted uranium shells), the T-888 ‘Greenway’ by knocking it into an electrical transformer at a nuclear power plant, the terminator ‘Rosie’ (unknown model and series) in unarmed combat by dislocating arms and legs and wrapping them around its head before twisting the head off, was defeated by the T-888 ‘Carter’ but managed to seal it in a nuclear bunker, defeated the T-888 ‘Vick Chamberlain’ on two occasions (extracted and destroyed chip second time), defeated the T-888 ‘Myron Stark’ by throwing it into an elevator shaft and cutting the elevator cable releasing the cabin onto the terminator, defeated the T-888 in Alpine Fields (not shown), in the future defeated a rogue T-888 by throwing it through a wall and shooting it with a grenade launcher and defeated the T-888 sent to kill the T-1001 ‘Catherin Weaver’ after being temporarily stunned.
• A number of terminators have been forcibly reset by being electrically shocked, including Cameron and Cromartie in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
• The Terminator ‘Cameron’ broke Sarah Connor out of a county lock-up despite encountering heavily armed resistance in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Lost part of her bio-disguise in the process though. Later went on to break into Zeira Corps secure basement to confront the AI ‘John Henry’.
Human:
• Ellen Ripley survived multiple encounters with Aliens in Alien, Aliens, Alien 3 and Alien: Resurrection. She killed an alien by blowing it out of the airlock of the Nostromo’s shuttle. She later joined a group of colonial marines to LV246 and killed several aliens, including the queen by picking it up in a bipedal forklift, dropping it into the airlock and jettisoning it. In Alien 3, she killed a dog bred alien by activating sprinklers that covered it in cold water just after it escaped from a vat of molten lead and in Alien: Resurrection, her clone killed numerous aliens including the ‘Newborn’ alien, by using her partly acidic blood to burn a hole in a window, causing it to be sucked out into space.
• The Colonial Marines, despite initially incurring heavy losses, managed to kill a substantial amount of aliens once they knew what they were up against. However, all of them apart from Corporal Hicks were killed.
• Major Alan ‘Dutch’ Schaeffer managed to defeat a young adult predator, despite being badly beaten, by activating a trap that dropped a massive log on top of it when it was moving in to finish him off. He was also able to lure the Predator into a trap by starting a fire and hiding whilst covered in mud (thereby rendering him invisible to the Predator’s vision) and succeeded in wounding the Predator several times until it finally caught him and decided to engage in one on one combat.
• Detective Lieutenant Mike Harrigan managed to severely wound a young adult predator on multiple occasions, by shooting it with his M16 assault rifle and at close range with a shotgun, and later pushing it from a building and slicing its arm off with its own smart disc when it tried to activate its wrist bracer’s self-destruct mechanism. He late killed in when it retreated to its space vessel by faking an injury, thus enabling him to surprise the Predator by driving the smart disc into its chest.
• Alexa Woods managed to kill a few aliens and successfully aided a young predator in killing the queen alien.
• Dallas Howard, Ricky Howard and Kelly O’Brian are able to kill multiple aliens, with Dallas figuring out how to use a predator plasma caster as a form of plasma pump-action shotgun.
Weaknesses
Alien:
• Only usually has strength in numbers. More vulnerable on their own.
• Require hosts to produce more aliens, and require a queen to lay eggs.
• Susceptible to rapid temperature changes and the hard vacuum of space.
• More vulnerable in well-lit open spaces.
• Is afraid of fire.
• Can be seen in dark areas by Predators.
• Typically have to rely on stealth when confronted by heavy opposition.
Predator:
• Cannot see things with no body heat (the only known examples being aliens).
• Active camouflage cannot work in water or in rain (or similar conditions such as near or under active sprinklers) .
• Vulnerable to its own weaponry.
• Active camouflage is ineffective against aliens, as aliens can track via smells/pheromones.
Terminator:
• Extremely potent and/or concentrated explosives.
• Extremely high temperatures (such as those produced by molten steel and especially thermite)
• Electric shock.
• Heavy calibre Armour Piercing Round, such as depleted uranium shells, and High Explosive Incendiary rounds.
• Can be crushed by very heavy objects (such as elevators) or by extremely powerful equipment, such as printing presses.
• Can be detected by metal detectors and dogs.
• Lack of understanding of emotion and certain human behaviour renders them suspect to humans.
Human:
• The average human is stupid and hideously unprepared for combat.
• Can be killed by most things, such as explosions, bullets, blade weapons.
• Extremely frail in comparison to the three titular monsters.
• Can be tricked by Terminators and Predators’ voice mimicry abilities.
• Emotional attachment causes them to go nuts when they lose loved ones, rendering them vulnerable and often results in their death and the deaths of others.
• Weaponry is largely ineffective against terminators and, to some degree, predators.
• Has hard time detecting predators and aliens due to their excellent stealth abilities and require dogs or metal detectors to detect terminators safely.
Ultimate Victor?
So, who would actually win? All three monsters are seasoned veterans when it comes to brutally mudering dozens, sometimes even hundreds of hapless humans, but when it comes to fighting each other things become a bit more interesting. Whilst we are still in the dark about how well a terminator would fare against a predator or alien, we have some experience of when the other two titans clash, and the answer usually is: indeterminate. Since we have yet to see a satisfying portrayal of the crossover and since the terminators have yet to clash with the aliens and predators, I shall simply list a few hints on how things could go.
- The terminator is incredibly strong, and could easily rip a predator or alien in two. Since it has no body heat and produces no pheramones, it would incredibly hard for either the alien or the predator to track. However, we do not know if the alloy terminators are made from are susceptible to alien blood, alien tail and mouth attacks or predator weaponry.
- An alien has incredibly sharp claws and tail and incredibly powerful inner mouth. Its tail and inner mouth can cut through predator metal and bone like butter, and its acid blood eats through just about everything, but we don't know if these would be effective against a terminator.
- A predator has active camouflage and incredibly advanced weaponry, but it can not see things with no body heat, and we don't know how effective its weapons are would be. The plasma caster would most likely do some damage, but how much, we just don't know. Also, since the terminator also sees in infrared, its active camo may be useless against one.
